Art of Consent
The
The Wheel of Consent and Consent for Students
Speaking and Listening Wheel of Consent
The Wheel of Consent applies to speaking and listening as well as to touching and being touched. The diagram below shows some examples of what this might look like.
As always with the Wheel, the key question to establish is 'Who is this for?' And then get clear whether you've both consented to that.
The descriptions in the grey bubbles in each of the four corners refer to the 'shadows' of the Wheel. These are examples, relevant to each quadrant, where speaking and listening are happening without a consent agreement having been made. Perhaps you can also think of other examples!

Our workshops last anything from 1 hour to 3 days. Please contact us to find out more
